P-12 Wellbeing Coordinator
The role of the Wellbeing Coordinator is to support the pastoral care of students, staff and school community and enhancing all aspects of wellbeing including; implementation and maintenance of the Whole School Wellbeing Framework, development and review of wellbeing programmes, policies and procedures, and lead wellbeing initiatives and programs.

Position Summary:

The successful applicant will have:
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and experience and (or be working towards) post graduate qualifications in education, psychology or leadership.
- Accreditation to teach with NSW NESA (or exemption from pre-2004) at Step 2.5 or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated high level competency in the domains of leadership outlined in the role description.
- Exceptional staff management and interpersonal skills with proven experience in leading highly motivated and collaborative teams
- A proven capacity to understand, engage and motivate staff, especially in consultation on growth and capacity planning.
- Demonstrated ability to document, implement and monitor long and short-term strategic goals and plans.
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines. Proven ability to work as a constructive and creative member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
- Intermediate-level skills using computer- based applications, including the MS Office Suite (Edge, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Membership of a local Christian church or community.
