Business Manager
Hills International College is seeking a Business Manager to support the Principal in the business and financial management of the College
In this role, you will provide expertise and implement a wide variety of financial,
administrative and commercial functions.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Collaboration with the executive team to contribute to the College’s Strategic and
Operational Leadership
• Management of College’s Financial Resources by establishing and maintaining
financial and budgetary controls over income and expenditure
• Financial Reporting as an ex-officio member of the Finance Committee of the College
Board
• Management of the College’s Business Team, including performance management
and appraisal of staff
• Maintaining regular contact with the College auditors, bankers, and legal advisors in
relation to the College’s financial position and risk framework
• Adhering to all accountability requirements of government and relevant authorities
• Attendance at all relevant Board Meetings, assuming role of Company Secretary
