An exciting opportunity for a Music Teacher to join our team.
The position of the Music Teacher is to provide students with an overview of the different genres of music and to teach the subject reflecting the current pedagogical practices, meeting the requirements of the National Educations Standards Australia (NESA). The Music Teacher will work collaboratively with other teaching staff and provide learning enrichment to students within the cohort. The Music Teacher will teach Primary (Kindergarten – Year 6) music lessons as allocated.
The successful applicant will inspire, excite and motivate students by employing a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students. The Music Teachers plays a key role in ensuring student develop a love of music through the provision of innovative, hands on learning experiences.
