The Head of a Day House is an important leadership role within the Middle and Senior School, key in assisting the Heads of sub-school in managing the welfare, wellbeing and progress of students from Years 7 to 12.
We are seeking an exceptional pastoral care leader and educator who will be an excellent role model for our young people. They will have the skills to develop deep and broad understanding of the students within their House, maintaining connection with students as they move through the Middle and Senior Schools.
The Head of a Day House will provide support and leadership to the Middle School Tutors in their House. They will develop and maintain effective lines of communication with the Year 11/12 Coordinators, Senior School Tutors, Student Welfare Teams and other Middle and Senior School based leaders.
