Administration Assistant – Sport

The King's Preparatory School is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to facilitate the Sports function at the Prep School.

The Administration Assistant at The King's School Preparatory School is responsible to the Head of the Prep School and the Office Manager in the exercise of his/her duties. The successful incumbent will liaise with the Head of Sport and relevant department staff in order to facilitate good communication and the efficient running of the Sports functions at the Prep School. 

Please note, this is a permanent part time opportunity commencing January 2022.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

  • 3+ years executive administrative support 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work professionally with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and with initiative based on limited instruction
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong problem solving capability – a solutions finder
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
