About the role
The Executive Administration Team Leader provides high-level administrative support whilst supervising the busy Secondary School Executive support team. Exhibiting high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a commitment to providing the best service, the Executive Administration Team Leader manages an industrious team, engendering a high-performance, high-collaboration culture and ensuring team members are committed to the common purpose by encouraging autonomy whilst providing guidance and clear direction as required.

About you
You will be bringing your experience of working in an office environment and managing people to the fore. As the point of contact for the Executive Team, you are able to understand a broad range of internal and external stakeholder requirements, including events, assessments and reporting deadlines, and allocate those to appropriate team members. Developing clear ownership for tasks, you will prioritise complex and changing priorities in situations which can be highly pressurised, identifying issues and mitigating risks, whilst managing stakeholder expectations in relation to service delivery. You will have a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and the skills to effectively implement change. Managing a team will also require following College performance management processes, identifying skills gaps and coaching/mentoring and training opportunities, as well as undertaking recruitment and associated onboarding, if required.
You possess excellent communication skills, have a strong customer-service focus and can be relied upon to work autonomously, showing flexibility and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, the job will require you to:
