Physics Teacher

Position Permanent full-time

Commencement date 23 January 2023

The College is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join a high performing Science Department as one of our Physics specialist teachers.

The successful candidate will:

• support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College
• demonstrates expert understanding of curriculum requirements for all NESA Stage 4 and 5 courses including Stage 6 Physics and some knowledge of  IBDP Physics would be advantageous
• be a collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams 
• be an exemplary teacher with demonstrated understanding of contemporary pedagogy
• contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of Science, particularly Physics policies and programs for curriculum, assessment and reporting across Years 5-12.
