Commencing January 2023, The Scots School Albury seeks a Japanese Language Teacher. The position is full-time (1.0 EFT Load) and ongoing following a successful 6-month probation period. An understanding of Japanese Language NESA Courses Stages 4, 5 & 6 will be an advantage. The role includes possible engagement with our sister School ‘Shohei’ and potentially attendance on overseas visits.

Japanese Language Teacher

The Senior School Japanese Language Teacher with a full-time teaching load, commencing in January 2023, is an ongoing position following a successful 6-month probation period.

At Scots this position sits within the Connecting with Culture Learning Area [English, LOTE and HSIE].

Applicants for this role will ideally have:

Qualifications in subject area and Teaching and or Education that allow registration as a Teacher in NSW.
Fulfil requirements as mandated by NESA.
An understanding of Japanese Language NESA Courses Stages 4, 5 & 6 will be an advantage.
Current First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
Current NSW Working With Children Check Clearance or willingness to obtain.
