The Philanthropy Manager is a newly created position within the college and is pivotal in ensuring the college can continue to forge ahead, leading the way in providing a world-class education for girls. The Philanthropy Manager will work within the Engagement and Communications Team to plan, develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives while maintaining philanthropic relationships with the QMC community. The role will be critical in fostering a culture of giving through annual and regular giving, targeted appeals and major-level and principal-level gifts.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a mix of experience and will have a track record in developing and implementing philanthropy programs, including the ability to cultivate major gifts. The ability to advocate for philanthropic support of the college to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be fundamental in securing this role.
