What is the Role?

As Director of Admissions you will provide strategic leadership and be responsible to achieve the School's annual admissions targets and specific year group targets. This is a permanent, full-time position which attracts six weeks annual leave.

Who will the successful applicant be?

  • Experienced in a similar role, providing evidence of delivered outcomes
  • Tertiary or post graduate qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant fields
  • Advanced strategic capabilities and experience including development of strategy and tactical implementation plans, development of accountability measures, training plans and system and process implementation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, including an ability to understand and work effectively with a diversity of stakeholders, and to assess situations and respond appropriately
  • A creative problem solver with clear, thought through and timely decision making
  • Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • An understanding of and commitment to the School’s Christian mission, values and ethos
