Leading the core components of the IBDP with the intent of improving the quality of both teacher practice and student outcomes.
The IB Diploma Programme Core Coordinator works closely with the Director of Curriculum to implement the pedagogical directions and administrative functions of the IB Diploma Programme Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Course, the Extended Essay Programme, the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) Programme and the School’s IB Work Periods Programme.
The intent of this role is to continuously improve the quality of both teacher practice and student outcomes within the IB Diploma Programme Core. In addition to teaching in your specialty area, you will be responsible for leading in the core components of the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme elements including the administration, evaluation, professional training, and student experience.
