Food Design teacher (with the ability to teach Mathematics or Psychology seen as an advantage)
Fixed-term, part-time – 0.63FTE (0.78FTE with Maths or Psychology)
Commencing Monday 24 July 2023 to Wednesday 13 December 2023 (Terms 3 & 4 2023), with the possibility of extension
We are seeking a creative and dynamic teacher who has a passion for and experience in teaching Food Design to students within the MYP curriculum framework and SACE. The teacher’s priority is to ensure that learning and teaching encourages student engagement and is carried out within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values of the College.
The teaching allocation for this position will include middle and senior school classes. Experience in one or more of the curriculum frameworks offered at the College will be an advantage. Appropriate Food Design qualifications and experience will be required. Demonstrated ability to design and implement authentic concept driven units of work which encourage inquiry are essential to this position. Working collaboratively within the team will be important in this role.
