Following seven years of dedicated service to Anglican Church Grammar School (‘Churchie’), Mr Michael Dunn will conclude his time as Head of the Preparatory School at the end of 2019. Accordingly, an outstanding leadership opportunity presents for an experienced and energetic primary educator to join one of Australia’s leading independent schools whose central mission is the development of young men of good character, strong intellect and generous spirit.
As a member of the School’s Executive team, and reporting directly to the Headmaster, the Head of Preparatory School role will require the successful candidate to provide strategic leadership, motivation and effective day-to-day management to a large, vibrant Preparatory School community of students and staff from Reception (Prep Year) to Year 6.
Candidates for this position should be able to demonstrate experience in leading dedicated staff to ensure the delivery of high quality academic, pastoral and co-curricular programmes across the primary years.
