Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational, day and boarding School from Early Learning Centre to Year 12 situated in Adelaide. Pembroke School offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the IB Diploma and the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and engaging teacher of Mathematics. The successful applicant for this position will have proven teaching experience, have a passion for teaching Mathematics and will be approachable and relate well to students and parents. The successful applicant will be qualified and well-suited to teaching Year 7-12 students on our Middle and Senior School campuses. They should be familiar with the Australian Curriculum and ideally have experience in teaching both SACE and IB Mathematics.

The Mathematics Department at Pembroke School is a group of approximately 20 specialist Mathematics teachers who work in an environment that emphasises teamwork, collaboration and support. The Australian Curriculum is taught from Years 7 to 10, where classes are organised into ability-based streams (sets) to aid with enrichment and remediation. There is an extensive acceleration program for the higher ability streams, and small lower level classes to cater for the needs of students with learning difficulties. In Years 11 and 12, SACE and IB Diploma courses are offered.
