Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational, day and boarding School from Early Learning Centre to Year 12. Pembroke School offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the IB Diploma and the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

We are seeking a dynamic and creative teacher of the SACE Research Project. The successful applicant for this position will experienced at teaching Stage 2 Research Project within the SACE program, primarily to our Year 11 cohort. They will be provided with significant support within a well-established and engaging teaching program. A subject leader at Pembroke is dedicated to the Research Project and IB Extended Essay, providing support and guidance to staff and students in these key areas.

The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team of experienced Research Project teachers. Our students undertake sophisticated research on a diverse range of topics. While the successful applicant need not be an expert in multiple disciplines, they should demonstrate a genuine interest for developing their knowledge and understanding outside of their traditional teaching areas. A background of research at either university level or in an industry would be beneficial. There will be a requirement to teach in at least one other subject discipline as part of this role.
