Reporting directly to the Principal, the Head of Learning and Teaching is a member of the Executive team and is responsible for leading the development of a vision for learning at MLC School.
In bringing this vision to fruition, you will build a culture of continual improvement in all aspects of teaching and learning. You will ensure that ongoing improvement and professional learning are viewed as core aspects of each teacher’s work through the implementation of innovative strategies and best practice processes.
The successful candidate will cultivate a strong and collaborative relationships at all level of the School, have proven teaching ability and leadership capabilities, a passion for data driven learning improvement and the use of ICT in education, strong organisation skills and demonstrated capacity to continually renew and expand their curriculum and pedagogical knowledge.
