Canberra Grammar School is a co-educational Pre-School to Year 12 Independent Anglican School offering outstanding academic education, co-curricular opportunities and pastoral care to day and boarding students of all backgrounds and faiths within a community guided by Christian values.

The Student Services department works as part of the Academic and Student Care teams to provide assessment, counselling and guidance to students and their parents from Pre School to Year 12. The department is also responsible for advising, assisting and coaching educators and the provision of counselling and consultancy services to the Canberra Grammar students and families.

The School is seeking to appoint a Senior Psychologist to work as part of the Academic and Student Care teams to provide consultancy, advice, assessment, counselling and guidance to students and their parents from Pre School to Year 12.

To provide a child and adolescent psychological service in the Primary School and to work with other staff to support students and families. To facilitate access, participation and to maximise educational outcomes for students, and to utilise psychological expertise in education and learning to support and build the capacity of the school community toward the same goals.
