Reporting to the Principal, this role sits on the Senior Leadership Team of the College and provides strategic and people leadership whilst facilitating the safe and smooth running of the College through effective management of students, staff and operations.
The successful applicant will understand Saint Kentigern’s special character and align with our school values. They will exude a passion for teaching, learning and student wellbeing and be committed to developing confident, independent learners. As a team player they will have experience in leading and managing students and staff. Good organisational and administrative skills will also be necessary.
The portfolio focus of this role will be negotiable depending on skills and knowledge of the shortlisted applicants.
