St Margaret’s and Berwick Grammar School is an Independent non-denominational school, coeducational from Pre-Prep to Year 6 and single gender from Year 7 to 12, across 2 campuses located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Principal and the School Council, the Business Manager holds a significant Senior Executive position in the School. The Business Manager has the main role of supporting the Principal in managing all areas of business administration, finance, risk management, property and facility management and development.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
Suitable qualifications and experience (CA/CPA preferred)
Proven strategic financial advice and planning skills
Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in leading and driving financial systems and change management
processes
Strong supervisory and team engagement experience
High level interpersonal and consultative communication skills
Previous schools experience desirable but not essential
