15th Annual AAIBS Conference Held at MLC School Sydney
July 4, 2004The 15th Annual AAIBS Conference was held between July 3 and 5 at MLC School, Sydney.
The conference began with a welcome recption at MLC School, Burwood, NSW on Saturday July 3.
Musical performances by students from Trinity Grammar School and MLC School entertained guests at the welcome reception.
The first day of the conference on July 4 saw the 200 delegates hear keynote addresses from Professor Frank Crowther, Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Southern Queensland, the Hon Dr Brendan Nelson, Federal Minister of Education and Judith Guy, Asia Pacific Regional Director of the IBO.
On the second full day of the conference keynote addresses were presented on Future School Leadership by Professor Judyth Sachs and Brain research by Dr Don Cameron.
