Take a virtual tour of St Andrew’s School hosted by our School Captains and see where bright futures begin!
St Andrew’s School is a leading independent co-educational primary school in Adelaide for children aged 3 to 12 years of age.
Children in Reception to Year 6 build on their ELC experience through inquiry-based learning using the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). This focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer and lifelong learner, both in the classroom and in the wider world.
This program provides a rigorous, challenging and engaging curriculum where students understand the connections between subjects and the real world, becoming critical, creative and reflective thinkers.
The goal of the PYP program is to develop:
- Individuals that are confident, resilient, enriched, respectful and responsible
- Learners that are intellectually curious, keen to participate and are skilled collaborators
- Members of the community that are inclusive, committed and globally connected
- Leaders who are creative, enterprising and articulate world citizens
