2025 Learning Support Officer – Secondary Campus
Santa Sabina College is seeking a passionate professional to join a highly supportive and collaborative Inclusive Education Department.

We offer co-education on our P-4 Del Monte Campus and girls only on our 5-12 Santa Sabina Campus. Our outdoor education campus, Tallong, is located on 97 hectares in the Southern Highlands. Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.
The successful candidate will:
- support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College
- demonstrates an understanding of curriculum requirements in regards to adjustments and modifications for NESA courses and/or IBDP courses
- be a strategic and collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams
- work collaboratively with staff and families to support students with specific learning needs
- attend collaborative planning and feedback meetings with staff and families
- implement programs and strategies to support students and teachers
- implement specific strategies devised from a student’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
- assist identified students with their needs during allocated times in the classroom and playground
- meet with the Dean of Inclusive Education P-12 regularly to determine the needs of students and plan for student intervention
- collect feedback from classroom teachers about student progress
- source and develop appropriate resources to enhance access to the curriculum
- support identified students at key points of transition to attend and participate in all activities at the College
