Director of PYP, Teaching and Learning
Reporting to the Principal and serving on the Executive Team, the Director of PYP, Teaching and Learning plays a key role in shaping the school’s strategic direction.
The position leads the educational and pastoral care focus, ensuring students thrive through a curriculum that fosters inquiry, independence, and a love of learning. Key responsibilities include:
- leading PYP coordination and overseeing the school’s teaching and learning programs;
- supervising curriculum and teaching programs and delivery to cultivate a whole-school learning culture;
- collaborating with Leadership and Curriculum teams to implement strategic goals for PYP and Teaching and Learning;
- deputising as a member of the School’s Leadership Team when required;
- building strong, supportive, and caring relationships across all stakeholders of the school community;
- supporting staff in planning and delivering curriculum initiatives and effective teaching and learning strategies.
