Mō te tūranga: About the role:
We are seeking an inspiring and committed Religious Studies teacher to join our exceptional teaching team. In this 12-month fixed term contract, full-time role, you will have the opportunity to shape student learning in a supportive, well-resourced, and future-focused environment — where ideas are valued, student wellbeing is prioritised, and excellence is a shared goal.
Ngā pūkenga me whai: We’re looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Passionate about teaching young women, nurturing a caring environment where students are engaged, motivated and developed
• Skilled in teaching religious studies, including world religions, philosophy, and ethics, from Year 7 through to Year 13
• Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Available to start in Term 1, 2026
There may be an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities with a Management Unit, depending on experience and interest.
We offer students dual qualification pathways with both NCEA and the International Baccalaureate. IB teaching experience is welcomed, but training and support will be provided for those new to the programme.
