Junior School Enrichment Teacher Coordinator
Permanent, full-time role combining Enrichment Teaching, screening administration and leadership commencing 14 January 2026.

We ensure that every student gets the support, or the extension, they need to thrive. As Enrichment Coordinator, you will lead, inspire, and coordinate both Enrichment Teachers and our valued Learning Assistants, helping them deliver differentiated support, rich extension, and targeted interventions. This combined role comprises 0.5 FTE teaching as an Enrichment Teacher for Year 6, 0.2 FTE for screening administration, and 0.3 FTE for coordination and leadership responsibilities. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Deans and Assistant Principals, sharing successes and championing innovation so every learner is engaged, challenged, and included.
Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake
This role requires a NZ Registered teacher and proven classroom educator, ideally with advanced training in Specialist Teaching or Educational Psychology and experience with Level B assessment tools such as Lucid, LASS, or a track record of success working and leading in this field, such as in a SENCO or RTLB role. Expertise in synthesising assessment data for IEPs and supporting teams to create measurable goals is essential.
IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) prior experience is not required, however successful candidates will be required to participate in professional development, including attending training outside of school hours.
