Congratulations to the November 2025 Diploma and Career Programme graduates
January 22, 2026On December 17 (Australia and New Zealand time zones), more than 3,000 Australasian students received their results for the November 2025 examination session in the Diploma and Career Related Programmes.
Students across Victoria (815), New South Wales (742), Queensland (727), South Australia (426) and Tasmania (56) are celebrating this milestone, joining 23,392 students worldwide who have completed one of the IB’s most rigorous and globally recognised secondary qualifications.
The announcement highlights the scale and reach of IB education across Australasia, and the resilience, curiosity and global mindset demonstrated by this year’s graduates as they move into university, training, and future pathways.
The global average DP score for the November 2025 session is 29.3 points, and the IB will publish an interim statistical bulletin in the coming weeks featuring pass rates and mean grades. The Australian average was 34.5.
The global pass rate was 74%, with the Australasian pass rate at 94%.
Of the 1,864 students achieving results of 40 and above, 606 came from Australasia.
