Music Teacher Secondary

Telopea Park School is a highly dynamic K-10 binational (French Australian) school which operates as a bilingual school under a binational treaty. The Secondary sector of the school has approximately 1000 students with approximately 200 of these studying in the French Stream. The Australian stream of the Secondary sector is an International Baccalaureate world school utilising the Middle Years Program. 

We are seeking a passionate musician / classroom teacher to join our Arts and Design team in the Secondary school (7-10) to deliver our Music and Band programs. Our school has a strong music program with a variety of bands that perform at community events and national competitions. 

1. Working in Years 7-10 in the Arts and Design team in the Secondary school to develop and deliver high quality curriculum (including assessment, reporting and evaluation) and pedagogy in Music. Experience in MYP is desirable.
2. Work as part of an inclusive team to achieve optimal social, emotional and educational outcomes for all students.
