Science Teacher – Term 2 start or by negotiation

We are looking for a permanent Science teacher to join our department. We are well resourced and positive department that achieves excellent academic results from great students. Ideally, we are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic teacher who has a passion for teaching Science. State your specialty. Opportunities to teach in NCEA, Scholarship or International Baccalaureate (IB). Commencing Term 2 or by negotiation.

Contract and remuneration will be in accordance with the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA) https://www.education.govt.nz/school/people-and-employment/employment-agreements/collective-agreements/secondary-teachers-collective-agreement as assessed by the Salary Assessment Unit of the Ministry of Education. Annual remuneration is dependent on service and qualifications, starting rate of $61,329 and top rate of $103,086. Hours of work will be as set out in the STCA.
