IB Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to provide a high level of support to the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. In this position, you will play a vital role in the delivery of the programme and assist with day-to-day operations.
This is a permanent full-time role that is only required during term-time so you can enjoy the school holidays!
The position will commence in Term 1, 2025.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the administrative duties tied to the IB programme
- Manage reporting to students and parent and maintain up to date student records
- Liaise with key contacts to ensure tasks and deadlines are met
- Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme
- Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management experience
A valid Employee Working With Children Check or a Valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
