French Teacher

Tara Anglican School for Girls is seeking a passionate and dedicated French teacher for a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term block placement in Semester 2, 2025, with potential to convert to a permanent role. This opportunity is open to both experienced educators and early career teachers, including those who are conditionally accredited.

The successful applicant will:

• Inspire students through innovative and engaging French language and culture instruction

• Cater to diverse learner needs through varied teaching methods

• Be qualified to teach French to secondary students under the NSW NESA syllabus and demonstrate an understanding of the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP)

• Engage actively in the life of the School and support its Christian values

• Provide pastoral care and promote student wellbeing

IB experience is valued but not essential, as professional development and IB training will be provided.
