Somerville House is a day and boarding school for girls established in 1899, providing exceptional education for students from Prep through to Year 12, with a co-educational Pre-Prep offering. As the School has now successfully completed the candidacy phase for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the Somerville House community as the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) Co-ordinator.

The IB DP Co-ordinator will work with the Dean of Academics to lead and manage the efficient operation and promotion of the programme, along with collaboratively managing the IBDP teaching staff across a range of departments.

You will have proven experience in a similar role within an International Baccalaureate School and are able to teach across a range of IB DP subjects, preferably Psychology, Philosophy and/or Global Politics.

This is a Middle Leader fixed-term appointment for 3-years commencing 1 January 2026.
