Opportunity for Apple Technician to provide technical face-to-face support, maintain technology assets and mobile devices
Trinity Grammar School is seeking to appoint a talented Apple technician to provide face-to-face support and maintain technology assets and mobile devices. Working with our diverse team to consistently deliver great services, your customer service and technical skills will be good use with providing onsite technical support including installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of Apple Mac/ iPad OS and Windows devices across both of our Primary Campuses located at Summer Hill and Strathfield.
Your likeable personality and well-developed interpersonal skills will serve you well, especially those times as you need to translate technical jargon into everyday language. This role works with students to improve their learning using Apple devices and helps teachers use technology to create innovative, interesting lessons through your technical advice, and support for electronic devices including, iPads and Assisting in the provision of training to staff and students regarding the effective use of technologies.
We will keep it interesting by offering a variety of technologies, including JAMF, O365, Apple School Manager, Intune and Google Workspace, Active Directory and equipment including MacBooks, Windows PCs, phones, multi-function print devices, and classroom technology for you to develop your competencies and sink your teeth. Any previous experience working with these technologies will be something you already know or are ready to learn, and prior experience will certainly be advantageous.
