We are seeking an organised, motivated team player to work closely with our Deputy Principal; providing executive support to that role, working on and delivering strategic projects and running the day to day functions of the Deputy Principal’s office.

We are seeking an organised, motivated team player to work closely with our Deputy Principal; providing executive support to that role, working on and delivering strategic projects and running the day to day functions of the Deputy Principal’s office.

The Deputy Principal’s Executive Officer (DPEO) will work closely with senior management and administrators within the School and also provide administrative support to the Director of Teaching & Learning when required. The successful candidate will understand and maintain strict confidentiality, have a flexible approach to work and the ability to use their initiative at a high level.

The DPEO will be an excellent team member with a service orientation; providing effective support across a range of duties.

The successful applicant will show experience and understanding of the following areas:

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to deal with staff, the Board of Governors, the Quaker community, parents, students and the general public.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and responsibility in day-to-day work and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated, well organised and flexible approach to work with the ability to work as a member of a team.
  • High level of computer literacy, using standard software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, administrator level database management and email.

This is a permanent, full-time role with the successful candidate commencing as soon possible.
