We are looking for a full time BI, Data & Applications Manager ideally to start on 21st July 2025. This is full time, permanent role.
Are you an experienced leader passionate about data, technology, and driving impactful business decisions? Diocesan School for Girls is seeking a dynamic BI, Data & Applications Manager to lead our Business Information Management Team and oversee the school’s data and core client-facing software systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and optimize school data and software applications to support strategic decision-making
• Lead and develop a team of three professionals ensuring excellent service delivery
• Implement best practices in data accuracy, security, and reporting
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to meet evolving system needs
• Drive continuous improvements in technology and operational workflows
What We’re Looking For:
• Tertiary qualification in IT or Business with strong systems management experience
• Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports) and software such as SQL, Power Apps, Office365
• Leadership experience with a focus on staff development and team performance
• Project management expertise and a customer-focused mindset
• A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
