About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Casual Assistant Educator – Cert III qualified to join our friendly Early Learning Center team.
Our Assistant Educators are responsible for providing education and care for children enrolled at the service, consistent with our philosophy, policies and procedures and curriculum, and according to the requirements of the National Quality Framework.
Assistant Educators work in collaboration with other educators, the Educational Leader, the Nominated Supervisor and other professionals and communities.
This position is a casual position.
Key Duties
- Support Lead Educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being are prioritised at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work in alignment with the EYLF, NQS and our service philosophy.
About You
- A minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- A current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Flexibility and initiative.
- A caring, professional and team-oriented attitude.
