Our College is seeking a customer-centred administrator with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Enrolments Administrator

Permanent | Part-Time | Year-Round

Suitably experienced and qualified applicants are invited to apply for this permanent, part-time (0.5FTE), year-round Enrolments Administrator position, commencing as soon as possible.

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Enrolments Department for a detail orientated, enthusiastic and people-focused Enrolments Administrator to join the team at Radford College.

This is a part-time position, working 19 hours per week with some flexibility available for preferred days.

As the Enrolments Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrolment journey with warmth, efficiency and professionalism. You will work with a collaborative approach and assist in ensuring an exceptional experience for the College community of students, families, and staff.

This part-time position is ideal for someone seeking work-life balance, whilst contributing meaningfully to a dynamic school community.

About you

You will bring prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in a school or office environment with a strong, customer centred approach and excellent communication skills.

You will support a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, working as part of the Enrolments Team to manage all elements of the student enrolment process in line with established policies and procedures. This includes ensuring confidentiality and discretion, and having excellent attention in all you do.

You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously as required. You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building relationships with families, staff and external stakeholders of the College.

Candidates must:

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in engaging with stakeholders
  • Be technically competent and confident (intermediate to high proficiency) in the MSOffice suite and willing to learn school systems
  • Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working as a member of a high-functioning team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience
  • Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare
  • Be reliable and punctual

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or enrolment role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems e.g. Synergetic, EnrolHQ or similar
  • Understanding of the ACT Education Act 2004 and Independent Schools operations, highly desirable
