Junior School Enrichment Teacher
Fixed-term, part-time Enrichment Teacher role (0.67 FTE). Commencing 14 January 2026.
Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme. Kristin is dedicated to its motto and values; progress with vision, integrity and love.
Kristin is committed to enabling all children to fulfil their potential and has developed an Enrichment programme with dedicated teachers who work as part of the year level team to ensure high levels of differentiation. Enrichment teachers each have their own space for “pull out” sessions and “push-in” to support their year level’s Homeroom classrooms. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position for 1 year, and is a unique opportunity for an experienced teacher who would enjoy working predominantly (but not exclusively) with small groups of students to provide consolidation and extension. These Enrichment sessions would usually occur in the mornings; however, the ideal successful applicant would have a degree of flexibility in their schedule to work overtime in the afternoons on occasion. This fixed-term commences on 14 January 2026 and will end in December 2026.
