Reporting directly to the Deputy Head – Pastoral, the Director of Students is charged with overseeing Student Care of students across the Senior School (Year 7 to 12) and will work to provide opportunities for every student to grow, develop and be the best version of themselves.

This role is a key figure in planning and implementing, in conjunction with the Deputy Head – Pastoral and Heads of Year, programmes to maintain and develop the positive culture in the Senior School.
