Guided by our mission to educate and inspire young women to be fearless thinkers with moral courage and compassion, we are seeking an experienced Registrar to join our Marketing and Community Relations team.

This is a key whole‑school role, responsible for managing student enrolment and records while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current families.


The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Community Relations, the Registrar acts as the central hub for student enrolment, data and official records. The role oversees admissions, orientation, student records, attendance and database integrity, while ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with senior leaders, academic staff and enrolments administrators to support a strong enrolment pipeline and provide accurate, timely data to inform school planning and decision‑making.

Some evening and Saturday work is required to support enrolment events such as tour days, information evenings and orientation programs.

About You

You are highly organised, detail‑focused and people‑centered, with experience in enrolments, registrar functions, admissions or student administration. You bring strong data management skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to confidentiality, service excellence and continuous improvement.

You will demonstrate:

  •  Proven experience in enrolments, registrar functions, admissions or a similar role within an educational or comparable environment
  •  Strong data management skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and report on enrolment and student information
  •  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with confidence engaging families and senior stakeholders
  •  High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism
  •  Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadline


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role (education sector experience highly regarded)
  • A valid Working with Children Check
