Primary Teacher Generalist

The role is a full time (1.0 FTE), ongoing position

Location: Caroline Springs, Victoria 

About us: Australian International Academy of Education Inc. (AIAE Inc./ AIA) established in 1983 is an independent, progressive, co-educational school with 4 campuses in Melbourne. The Academy offers the (IB) International Baccalaureate programmes and the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE). AIAE provides students with opportunities to excel academically, to grow in leadership, sporting achievements, arts, performing arts and other extra-curricular programs. • Demonstrated passion for teaching 
• Highly developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to support and interact with students, parents, staff and the wider school community
• Excellent organisational, administrative and presentation skills 
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team with a high level of professionalism
• Competent in the use of Information Communication Technology
• Supportive of the values of the School

Requirements of the Role: 

• Bachelor of Education degree or higher
• Current registration, or eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Working rights in Australia
