Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, Faith Lutheran College is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley South Australia. Across two campuses, Faith delivers rigorous teaching and learning programs in a caring community environment.

Faith Lutheran College is a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme and the Middle Years Programme and is pursuing authorization as an IB World School.

In our Junior School every student is known and valued as an important member of our community. We provide an engaging educational experience where students come first. Our caring team of dedicated educators work with each student to develop confident learners who are creative problems solvers and capable decision makers.

In our Middle School, we have re-imagined what learning in the Barossa can be. Wellbeing is paramount and our students belong to a supportive community where students have the freedom to grow in a fun and safe environment. We challenge our students to think outside the box and to be ‘masters of their own learning’ through our inquiry focused learning programs. Our elective program provides a specialized canvas for students to explore and ignite new passions across a broad range of subject areas.

In our Senior School, students have a comprehensive range of subjects to choose from, including agriculture, the arts, food and hospitality, languages, sciences and technology. We value student voice and choice and provide a personalized educational pathway that empowers students to be successful in their learning. Our facilities have been carefully and intentionally developed with student learning in mind and include learning spaces that promote collaboration, inspire creativity, and provide for individual learning needs.

Our Pathways team works with every student to provide support and guidance to help prepare each individual for future study and career aspirations. We have established strong partnerships with community, local industries and businesses to deliver school-based apprenticeships. Access to diverse Vocational Education and Training programs also enable students to achieve industry qualifications alongside curriculum delivery.

Our approach nurtures the social and emotional development of our students as well as academic achievement. Co-curricular opportunities extend learning beyond the four walls of the classroom, and students can join a number of clubs and activities from sports, pedal prix, gardening, arts, music and animal husbandry.
