Norwood Morialta High School is a progressive learning community attracting approximately 1500 students from local and international communities. The school has a proud tradition of academic excellence and provides a world class learning experience within a supportive, culturally and linguistically rich environment.

The school has a success-orientated culture offering diverse programs to develop expert learners and provide for individual interests. We are passionate about providing an engaging, futures-focused curriculum that develops our students academically, socially and emotionally to become active, life-long learners. The school is unique in that it has two campuses, 3 km apart, with a middle campus catering for students in years 8 to 10 and a senior campus for year 11 and 12 students.

Our Middle and Senior Schooling philosophy, structures and school values assist us to cater for the differences in adolescent development. In this way we are able to empower, challenge and support our students to develop their unique qualities and talents.

At Norwood Morialta High School students engage in a broad and challenging learning program that supports their strengths and empowers them to achieve their personal best.

Our Middle Campus provides a supportive and dynamic environment that promotes a culture of engagement, self-directed learning and achievement preparing students to be successful in school and to be active, lifelong learners. Year 8-10 students undertake a broad program of study and experience a variety of subjects within the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP). With language acquisition offered in five languages, students may choose from Italian, Greek, Chinese, German or Japanese.

In our MYP program students are engaged in a range units that encourage creative, critical and reflective thinking to become more globally aware and responsible people. Through a broad curriculum and an extensive learning community program students will participate in a range of service learning and have the opportunity to become involved in a range of social entrepreneurship offerings. Students will also participate in a range of authentic interdisciplinary projects.

The school also offer three unique special-interest programs: Accelerated STEM, Italian Immersion and Rowing.
