St Peter's College

St Peter’s College is a leading boarding and day school for boys from the Early Learning Centre through to Year 12. Today, and for 174 years, our most important work is shaping the character of the boys and young men at St Peter’s College. We do so by providing an exceptional community of learning centered on truth, respect and service.

Since our foundation, St Peter’s College has emphasised a sense of service through selflessness; a value that remains strong and constant in the fabric of School life. We seamlessly combine time-honoured traditions with an inclusive modern outlook on life and society.

As an Anglican school, Christianity is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage students to explore their spirituality and think about their own faith, enriched and strengthened by the diversity in our community.

The School community is inspired by the ongoing impact of our old scholars and is proud of our academic success. Our alumni include three Nobel Laureates, ten Australian premiers and 42 Rhodes Scholars.

At St Peter’s College we offer an unrivalled academic and co-curricular program for students from the Early Learning Centre to Year 12, designed to bring out the best in every student. Students are encouraged and guided by talented, caring and committed staff. Our teachers are leaders in their field, and each is dedicated to ensuring the best possible learning outcomes for our students.

In the Senior Years, the academic focus sharpens with a diverse and broad curriculum designed to meet the intellectual demands of contemporary society. An innovative and engaging approach to learning and teaching inspires enthusiasm and provides a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
