About the College

Calamvale Community College (CCC) is a P-12 state educational facility on Brisbane’s south side serving one of the most multi-cultural communities in the state with over 60 cultures represented and over 50 mother tongue languages spoken. The College has an ethos of Inquiry and is an authorised International Baccalaureate school delivering Primary Years Program and ‪Diploma for students who choose the IB pathway in their senior years. Our focus is high expectations based on personalised programs across a diverse range of programs.  CCC’s IBDP caters to 2 mother tongue languages as well as a growing number of school-supported students.  We are a proud IB World School looking to grow our continuum programs with a growing focus in Junior Secondary.

About the Role

Calamvale Community College has an exciting aspirational opportunity for an experienced DP Coordinator. This applicant will have a number of years experience in previous schools as a Coordinator with relevant pedagogy and curriculum leadership.  This is a Head of Program position with responsibility and oversight of small student cohorts and a teaching team of approximately 25 people.  This position also has a teaching load.  This person will work closely with PYP and MYP Coordinators and will report to a Deputy Principal.

A requirement of this role is:

Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland or willingness to apply through QCOT.
