About the role
Applicants are expected to be able to teach up to the HSC Mathematics Standard course and have demonstrated success in delivering outstanding HSC Mathematics results. It is desirable that the successful applicant has a demonstrably strong understanding of the new 2018/2019 Stage 6 Mathematics Standard syllabuses and an appreciation of the updated 2019/2020 Stage 6 Mathematics Advanced syllabuses.
Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and/or a willingness to undertake Professional Learning to teach the MYP up to Year 10 in Mathematics is essential.
Applicants should possess an ability and/or willingness to teach Mathematics in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP) in Stage 6, in particular Analysis and Approaches.
The salary for this position aligns with the Independent Schools NSW/ACT Standards Model (Teachers) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2017
