Trinity Grammar School is the largest Anglican Boys’ School in NSW with an enviable reputation and tradition over a number of generations for serving the educational needs of boys and young men. The School has campuses located in Strathfield (Preparatory School), Summer Hill (Senior, Middle and Junior School) and Field Studies Centre at Woollamia. Since its founding in 1913, Trinity has forged a reputation for outstanding academic results, a caring pastoral programme and an emphasis on both traditional and community sports. Trinity has an enrolment of some 2100 boys.
The Curriculum Office oversees academic daily organisation, production of academic processes, policies and documents and the functions associated with both external credentialing organisations, NESA and IBO, managing the School’s database, timetabling software and Learning Management System, as well as NESA and IBO platforms. Working with the Academic Dean and the Executive Assistant to the Academic Dean, the Directors of Curriculum, IB Diploma Programme, Professional Practice, Research and Academic Administration oversee best practice in student-centred learning and staff professional growth.
This role provides professional administrative support, to the Academic Dean and the Curriculum Office including responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the high level of professional standards of both the office and school, which in turn delivers professional and efficient services to both internal and external key stakeholders. The Administration Assistant – Curriculum, works collaboratively with their respective Director/Manager and the Senior Academic team, and in particular the office/department’s Executive Assistant.
