The Director of Business Services will be a well performed senior finance executive with relevant qualifications and business/education management experience. This will include all aspects of financial reporting and a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary team.
As the Director of Business Services you will hold a senior leadership role on the College Leadership Team and report directly to the College Principal. You will work to continuously develop and improve strategic, administrative and operational practices of the school.
You will be committed, innovative and solution oriented. You will rely heavily on your personal and professional attributes, including respect, honesty, integrity, confidentiality, credibility, empathy and authenticity. You will be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, while identifying and solving complex problems, meeting deadlines and thinking laterally. You will have a capacity and resilience to live with and effectively manage complexity.
