Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational, day and boarding School from Early Learning Centre to Year 12. Pembroke School offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the IB Diploma and the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Pembroke School has over 1250 students from Years 7-12.
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and engaging teacher of Visual Art. The successful candidate will be working with a range of classes that may include Years 7 to 11 on our Middle and Senior School campuses. Ideally, they will have proven teaching experience. They must have a passion for teaching the Visual Arts, be easily approachable and able to relate well to students and parents.
The successful applicant will be proficient in a wide range of Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Sculptural and Digital Media and will possess an in-depth knowledge of contemporary Visual Arts theory and practice.
Pembroke School offers an extensive co-curricular program which includes various Visual Arts activities, including Textiles, Fabrications, Ceramics, Painting and Life-Drawing.
