We are currently seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join Carey in the role of IB Administrator, commencing early January 2022.  The purpose of the role of IB Administrator is to support the Deputy Head of Senior School - Student Learning and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator in the administration of the IB program.  

Duties and responsibilites of the role includes:

• Assist staff and students with queries regarding the International Baccalaureate (IB) program
• Administration assistance to the IB Coordinator
• Oversee the maintenance of all IB student information on IBIS, ensuring their accuracy, security and confidentiality
• Prepare, maintain and check student personal details on all platforms
• Distribute required IB materials to student
