Marketing Production Coordinator

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to commence in the role of Marketing Production Coordinator. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement and is responsible for the effective management and implementation of the school’s marketing production and graphic design assets. This includes the production of all marketing publications, banners, collateral, newsletters set up and sends, brand guideline approvals, merchandise, templates, presentation preparation, advertising creative, graphic and image design, email signatures, and proofreading. The role works closely with a range of internal staff and external staff and agencies including a full time external graphic designer, print supplier, media buying and creative agency.

To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, editing and proofreading, and marketing communication creative production.  In addition, you will be a strong administrator, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, and will have the ability to be a champion of change and continuous improvement.
